TRUST
- My Core Values -
I believe trust is the most important ingredient in all my relationships.
To receive trust I have to be worthy of trust.
I must always do what is right, regardless of the cost to myself or how hard it may be. I understand that that trust must be earned - and that it can be lost very quickly. I believe that I keep my promises to others.
TRUTH AND HONESTY
I believe in being truthful with myself and with others and I value honesty in myself and in others.
I try to be open and truthful in everything I do and say. The truth sets me free.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is my responsibility to care about my clients and respect the trust they give to me. It is my responsibility to do the best I can at all times for my clients, my family and my friends.
I am responsible for my attitude, my knowledge and my skills and I am responsible to my family, my friends and my clients and to my profession.
JUSTICE
STANDARDS
I strive to excel in all that I do and I believe it is of no value to place my standards onto others. I believe in respecting people I believe in maintaining my standards through education and being open to learning, about others and about myself.
FAITH
Most of all I believe in faith and I have faith in others. My faith sets me free to love and be loved and to find a quiet place to rest and regenerate.
I strive for justice for all and justice for myself. In particular I advocate for justice for those who are unable to advocate for themselves.
Val's key approach is within a trusted and safe environment. All problems have a solution.
